  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;

  • You will not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Your use of the website will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Fees and Payment

The fees for our services are outlined on our website and/or in your service agreement. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to offer promotional rates or discounts at our discretion.

If you fail to make any payment when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Domain Accounting. The website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of South Africa and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Domain Accounting.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Domain Accounting and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

By continuing to access or use our website and services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the website and services.
